Put a QR code on your invoice: your customer scans it with their banking app and IBAN, amount and reference are filled in automatically.
What is a payment QR code?
It is the European standard "EPC QR code" for SEPA credit transfers, also known as GiroCode in Germany and Austria. Most banking apps in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Finland can scan it.
The code only contains payment details (name, IBAN, amount, reference). It does not make a payment by itself: your customer always confirms in their own banking app.
How to use it
Download the PNG and add it to your invoice or quote, next to the amount due. Use one QR code per invoice, with the exact amount and the invoice reference.
