Privacy

Most tools run entirely in your browser. Invoices, IBANs, national numbers and other data you enter are not sent to our server.

Two exceptions: (1) the Peppol & VAT check sends the number you enter to our server, which asks the public Peppol Directory and the European Commission VIES service; (2) the AI PDF converter sends the uploaded file to our server and to the AI provider Anthropic to read it once. We do not store these numbers or files. For usage limits we keep a count per day linked to a one-way hash of your IP address, and for Pro customers a licence record with the Stripe subscription reference and e-mail address.

Some tools load an open-source QR code script from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Your browser contacts that server like for any website; no data you enter is sent.

We use no cookies. To count visitors we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com reports page views and load times without cookies, without fingerprinting and without storing your IP address; we only see aggregated numbers. Your browser may remember small settings locally.
